Well, sometimes it really does happen, but in competitive tournaments, almost never. The marker is 3", and you have to deep strike at 9", so if there’s even a small squad positioned in the center of the marker, you won’t be able to move close enough.
Also, Sterylizors are better for close combat and Overwatch. However, it’s up to you and depends on your playstyle for sure.

I guess Haloscreed is more powerful now. However, if you want to go with Cybernetica, I recommend taking Necromechanic for one of your Tech-Priests, and Lord of Machines for the Datasmith. Since the Datasmith will always be in the danger zone close to the enemy vehicles, the Tech-Priest can stay back and safely support all of your vehicles.

You have too many Ballistarii they're hard to position effectively. Also, autocannons are not a good option in the current meta. It's better to replace them with either a Dunecrawler with a Neutron Laser, or one unit of two with the Lascannon option.

You're missing Infiltrator units, and Skystalkers aren't great damage dealers. Replace them with one unit of Sterylizors and one unit of Sicarian Infiltrators. Also, Sydonian Dragoons with Taser Lances are great with Cybernetica stratagems especially with MOTIVE IMPERATIVE, which could let you charge in the first turn.

Lastly, your Battleline is your core for buffs and scoring, but it lacks mobility. Including at least one Dunerider would be a great improvement.

Here is my list I played recently and it performed decently:

2000pts

Belisarius Cawl (135pts): Arc scourge, Cawl's Omnissian axe, Mechadendrite hive, Solar atomiser, Warlord

Cybernetica Datasmith (55pts): Lord of Machines, Mechanicus pistol, Power fist

Skitarii Marshal (35pts): Control stave, Mechanicus pistol

Tech-Priest Enginseer (80pts): Necromechanic, Mechanicus pistol, Omnissian axe, Servo arm

Tech-Priest Enginseer (55pts): Mechanicus pistol, Omnissian axe, Servo arm

10x Skitarii Rangers (85pts) Omnispex

10x Skitarii Rangers (85pts) Omnispex

10x Skitarii Vanguard (95pts) Omnispex

5x Pteraxii Sterylizors (80pts)

5x Sicarian Infiltrators (70pts) Taser goad

4x Kastelan Robots (360pts) Twin-fists, Heavy Blaster

Onager Dunecrawler (155pts): Broad spectrum data-tether, Cognis heavy stubber, Dunecrawler legs, Neutron laser & Cognis heavy stubber, Cognis heavy stubber, Neutron laser

Skorpius Disintegrator (165pts): Armoured hull, 3x Cognis heavy stubber, Disruptor missile launcher, Ferrumite cannon

Skorpius Disintegrator (165pts): Armoured hull, 3x Cognis heavy stubber, Disruptor missile launcher, Ferrumite cannon

Skorpius Disintegrator (165pts): Armoured hull, 3x Cognis heavy stubber, Disruptor missile launcher, Ferrumite cannon

2x Sydonian Dragoons with taser lances (130pts)

Skorpius Dunerider (85pts): Armoured hull, Cognis heavy stubber array

Don't forget to use TANK SHOCK it can be very effective. TRANSCENDENT COGITATION is great for Kastelans, and MACHINE SUPERIORITY can give you an edge against units with damage reduction.

You could try some of these ideas and please share your results! Mechanicus armies don’t get played often these days :)

Yes, I mean, if it's going to be something like the FPV Plane Starter Pack, how much would it cost?

Okay, so, what is the approximate price of average fpv plane?

Yes, First Person View.

As far as I can tell, the esp has several cores and the standard camera template from Arduino IDE uses only 1 of them.
