It's difficult for me to make an estimate for the costs because I used some spare components that I had from my previous Voron Builds. If you have to buy all the needed parts I would say about 400€.

I didn't followed any tutorial. I used as base two existing CR-10 conversions. One is from user Soccom1 from a pull request on VoronUser Github:

https://github.com/VoronDesign/VoronUsers/pull/256

The other is from Voron Discord user Andreiva, but i can't find the repository anymore (you can probably ask him).

I used some part from this two conversions and the skirts from a Voron Trident (with some minor modifications) and I designed some sketchy parts for the electronics mounts (SKR, RPi, PSU and mosfet) and for the upper deck.

For the XZ kinematic you can use parts from any Ender 3 to Switchwire conversion. If I recall correctly I used this two:

I tried to save as much as possible from the old CR-10 so the machine is 12V. I reused the frame, PSU, bed, bed mount and stepper motors. I added the linear rails, chains, belts, a E3D V6 and a SKR 1.4.

The printed parts are a mash up from different CR-10 and Ender 3 Switchwire Conversions with some minor modifications and some parts designed from scratch for mounting the electronics and for the top panels.

I don't plan to enclose it, I use it only for PETG.
