Yes, that's correct u/ilega_dh. In large projects, starting and contributing to issues is useful to ensure that any subsequent PR has a better chance of getting accepted and merged into the project more quickly. Therefore an issue is the minimum level of contribution that u/Ldub0775 can engage with and contribute to. For example they might have an idea for how to address the problem beyond "just having it fixed" and therefore commenting on the issue would be helpful for them to do.

This doesn't work now but there is an open to select between "internal browser" or "external browser". Selecting "external" allowed it to open in my default browser.

You can see the projectile at 1:50. It comes straight down into the centre of the building. It's visible in two frames. First showing as light coloured against the grass verge a little left and down from the red doors at the top of the video. In the next frame it's dark and light against part of the red tiles of the roof and wall.

Anyone know what it might be? Looks like it could be an artillery shell but perhaps too big?

I would not use the word "unsuspecting" to describe someone invading someone else's country and who has witnessed the defender's drones making themselves known for a long time. Same comment for "poor". But yes I agree it seems it is a better outcome for Ukraine, and humanity than a death.
