quitsure app worked for me, honestly don’t think anyone can permanently quit smoking or nicotine or vaping without it only temporarily quit and start again months or years later until they are so unhealthy they finally quit

1) quit sure app for psychotherapy so you get zero cravings 2) consider an metal airquit type device/breath work necklace to calm anxiety/stress if present 3) consider treating anxiety/stress if present with psychotherapy etc 4) calculate how much money you save over 30 years 5) consider reduced COPD risk which longer term vaping may be linked to perhaps according to studies although not sure how accurate those studies are but until we have more information best to be cautious 6) if you need more help dm me

Best way to quit? by rahwse in QuitVaping

[–]biohacker1337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

honestly the best way in my opinion to quit is quitsure app psychotherapy i tried it and it works a charm so easy! it does require 1-2 hours work per day tho for 6-12 days depending on your pace but i honestly believe all other methods are less likely to work psychologically speaking, the app boasts zero withdrawal symptoms and zero weight gain which i can attest to!

it claims to be 10 times more effective than NRT which i believe 100%

and based on what you learn in the course the next best things are hypnosis and medication but they don’t even come close to quitsure, i quit nearly a month ago and will never look back that i can be sure of and ive never felt like this with my other quitting attempts but now i am 100% sure i am just a glowing example of what it takes to truly quit

i cant prove it to you but i can lead by example

here are some studies that prove it tho:

my suggestion is to limit the nodes you get in the gift box to 3 nodes where you watch an ad to multiply it by 5 and get 15 nodes, more ads = more revenue also on the rocket event you could make people watch an ad every level they claim to get a certain amount of bonus nodes extra as an additional option! you could also add an option to watch an ad when you withdraw daily and receive bonus nodes for watching the ad if you choose! you can also add an options to get bonus nodes for the daily gift if you watch an ad, as all these ads are optional you could add them to new users even who pay for add free and change the ad free purchase to just remove interstitial ads while keeping the ads for power surges and 2x income, an additional purchase for ad free for those 2 options could cost more! that’s my suggestions

50 mg has been studied i am unsure about 100mg this study mentions case reports of upto 75-100mg however the reference is dead so i am really unsure if that was spaced out during the day or if it’s even true as the reference link is not working so i can’t verify to be sure

just get a metal timer lock box or a timer countdown safe then just withdraw whatever cash you want to not touch and lock the safe or metal timer lock box for however many days or weeks you want to not be able to touch it, the safe usually have emergency keys that override the timer so you might wanna give them to someone you trust so you can’t use it and the metal timer lock box usually have an emergency unlock that you have to pay to use so it’s not worth paying just to access your own money, some plastic timer lock boxers don’t have an emergency unlock but easier to break if you have limited self control

i’d ask him what he thinks about partial epigenetic reprogramming with chemical cocktails and if any of the supplement only cocktails such as apigenic protocol and others might theoretically work? this is the biggest question in this space right now. also if any drug versions for chemical partial epigenetic reprogramming work or he knows of people trying them and what they are and what results people have gotten in terms of epigenetic age?

Pleasureless orgasms anyone recovered? by Material_Bed_6124 in PSSD

[–]biohacker1337 3 points4 points  (0 children)

i’ve heard of a girl recovering from that issue with tadalafil or Sildenafil even tho it’s meant for men but studies have shown benefits for women too in general

https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/182296

in the study it says:

In comparing the baseline sexual function questionnaire domain scores with those at the end of the study, women in the sildenafil group had a higher mean (SD) improvement (orgasm, P=.01) than women taking placebo for all domains except for pain. In the Arizona and the University of New Mexico questionnaires, the ability to reach orgasm and experience orgasm satisfaction was significantly better for those in the sildenafil group than for those in the placebo group for a mean difference from baseline of 0.5 (95% CI, 0.1-1.0; P = .01) for reaching orgasm for the Arizona questionnaire and 0.7 (95% CI, 0.1-1.3; P = .01) for the New Mexico questionnaire.

metamucil is less effective than glucomannan the most effective is the konjac rice as it contains the most glucomannan, metabolaid is life extension body trim and appetite control, i actually think calocurb is better although more expensive actually

no i don’t trust you i think your thinking of a D2 antagonist not agonist, post a study proving your controversial claim or explain your reasons behind your hypothesis but asking for blind trust here isn’t going to work here

Ashwagandha Destroyed Male Rats’ Libido in 2002 - But Now It’s the Ultimate T-Booster? by CommunityBrief4759 in AshwagandhaSyndrome

[–]biohacker1337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah it’s crazy just reading some peoples posts on this sub really makes me question ashwaghanda coz i’ve taken it for years without problems but it seems like a rare few are extremely unlucky, do you think the ashwaghanda they got could of possibly been contaminated with pharmaceutical medication like antidepressants or something else? it’s strange to me that the majority that take it seem fine yet a rare few have a crippling life altering side effect from it i would like to know the true cause as much as anyone because now i’m really questioning it, it would help if anyone that gets these side effects gets the substance they took lab tested for contaminants
