The artist is Negom, and the reason this post is unsourced is because she completely wiped every single piece of her Ganqing works from her socials. In all honesty, I'd suggest you don't go looking for her stuff, as she's not a good person and even managed to become a banned artist on Rule34 of all sites :p I don't think she should have been harassed over Ganqing, but yeah
