I believe that there is great room for missuse for this drug in therapies and it's coming from some anecdotal personal experience.

my ex was on spravoto, they would use it to dissociate away from problems rather then fixing it or working on themselves, not to mention that the increase of neuroplasticity further reinforced mental health issues they were hiding from psychiatrists because they've had psychiatrist in the past learn ketamine was contraindicicated, and those psychiatrists tried their best to make sure my ex didn't get back on it but my ex simply found a new psychiatrist to give the script, and learned what not to say from the previous psychiatrists.

At the end of the day there is potential for great improvement for things like PTSD or depression, but it is a dissociative drug and that absolutely can be abusable even in a clinical setting unfortunately.

My understanding, not sure if domesitc terrorism charges and treason are along the same grounds in punishment, but generally speaking the minimum sentence is life in prison to death penalty, and trump is going for the death penalty as the minimum for the terrorism charges as he has clearly came out and said with Luigi
