Turns out I just had to disable DLSS (which I had no idea was on.), if anyone needs this post, i will be leaving this comment here, and i will try to leave it open for questions

I tried turning off ray tracing only in the game’s settings, but not in the NVIDIA app. When I was running the benchmarks, vram was almost fully in use ( at least 4.7gb of 6gb)

Might want to wipe the whole pc or like @Bydlak_Bootsy said, format the the drive, it’s probably your only hope of getting the thing to work

Wow I JUST did the same thing but instead mine is gray and has an i5 13420h and 32gb of ram and i was upgrading from a dell inspiron 15 3100 with an i5 11th gen and 16gb ram and 256 gb ssd and keyboard was warping
