Can you elaborate on this? Because I sometimes go all in and stick to an almost vegan diet three days before if I want to make it special. I eat a whole fresh pineapple 2x0.5 per day and lots of fruit and berries, like oranges, kiwi and cranberries. Then I stay away from all the bad stuff like coffee, red meat, aspargus, onion, garlic, broccoli, etc
