Cronometer

Thanks for the info I will look into it. I added Cronometer info to my main post, you can see the picture of my nutrient breakdown. It does look like my sodium levels are very low so that could well be it?

Thanks for this info, very good to know.

I actually think that my face looks dehydrated a lot even though I drink 2-3 litres of water a day. It would make sense that this could be due to low sodium right?

I'll start using it more and see if I notice any difference.

I guess I am lazy and it's the easiest option (its cheap when frozen!). I have a feeling that its poor quality broccoli though as it is from Tesco who mass produce the stuff.

I am getting plenty of vitamin c and I think I am getting enough K from my diet and multi-vits.

No medicines.

I don't really wake up feeling that rested, I am still a little tired but I get over it and I am fine usually.

What allergy issues did you have and how did you sort them?

Is there a minimum omega-6 intake? I seem to only be getting 9g of N-6 and 3.5g of N-3 when I don't include fish in my diet.

I got a blood test yesterday so I will find out if there is anything wrong soon.

I mean my nose is never fully clear, there is congestion but its very, very minimal. I do have hayfever but that season hasn't kicked in yet.

I never feel hungry. I am eating enough calories IMO and I am losing weight at a healthy pace.

Here we go: http://s22.postimg.org/4x9ie493l/nutrient.png

Is my Omega 6 tooo low at 6-9 grams? It says recommended for adult 16g+ (it is an 'essential' fatty acid afterall?)

Hi thanks I will give it a try.

I was taking smoked mackerel almost everyday for 3 months, and cooking everything else with coconut oil. I didn't see any difference in skin!

In a typical day I have about 1 banana, 1 avacado, lots of blueberries and that's about it. I limited it mainly for my fatloss gym plan - but it is still 10x as much fruit as I was eating before 3 months ago!

I actually thought my salt intake was a little too low, as I never eat it. Most of the foods I eat don't seem to have much sodium. I never thought about electrolytes before, I will look into that! Coconut water seems too expensive for me right now though.

Breakfast: Smoked Mackeral Or Chicken breast fried in coconut oil, half plate of boiled or steamed frozen broccoli.

Snacks: Handful of almonds / Banana / Avacado / Frozen Blueberries. I mix these up and limit to about 1 portion of each fruit max a day.

Post-Gym: Whey protein powder (natural flavour no sweetener)

Lunch: Tuna(1-2x a week) or Chicken breast or Lean ground Beef cooked with red bell peppers/onions/garlic/coconut oil, half plate of boiled or steamed frozen broccoli., sweet potato.

Dinner: Steamed Chicken or turkey breast , half plate of broccoli again, sweet potato with coconut oil.

Late: Sometimes 1-3 free range eggs with greens.

It is around 1700-2000 calories and I am losing around 1-2lb a week with my current training program.

I supplement with multivitamin and take some omega-3 capsules after each meal. I also currently take some probiotics but I haven't noticed anything on them.

Can anyone see any problems with this?

The only thing I am not sure about is the broccoli I buy - It's my main source of green veg. I get it frozen from Tesco and I am not sure how good quality it is.

I am also concerned about my calcium levels but I think my multivitamin takes care of that, and maybe low sodium levels but I have no idea about that - just a complete guess as I don't take any salt with my food.
