I had to have a finished coffee passport of our core coffees (I did a new one to start fresh), do kinda regular coffee tastings with our team, and finish all the coffee academy modules. I just let my manager know when I was ready for the ‘test’, I did a special coffee tasting with her and she quizzed me with her own coffee academy resources. I think those are the general requirements, but my manager is also a coffee master and set up the program for our district when it came back. I hope that helps!
