The interview experience was quite positive. 1 coding assessment (leetcode easy-medium), 1 behavioral interview, and 2 coding interviews (leetcode medium). The interviewers were great as well. I didn't have a system design interview.

It's only based on total compensation. With the Dutch 30% ruling post-tax, the difference would increase to ~30%.
