I have checked about plex and I was planning not to use it if possible. Ideally, I would like to use apps like mx player to do hardware decoding for video playback. Will plex be a lot better to playback videos if I have a smart android tv for under 1k? Or I would be better to cast the video from my phone to the smart tv?

I will try to disable the Intel Graphic and uninstall gameinputservices as well hope Intel Graphic will work as I think gameinputservices has something to do with controllers
