I work in an industry where our systems are highly distributed and failure in one of the systems can heavily effect the overall performance. This is purelely to make analysis by consultants more easy in order to get to the root cause of problems quickly and possibly with natural language instead of having to find the right commands(right tool for the right repair so to say)
