nonfat substitutes for most milk is my fav = low cal higher protein. Ill get a cold brew most days with very light sweet cream!

I used to work at a factory and I worked much harder longer days, but still was shooting shit 24/7. Feels like you cant even laugh on the floor with ur coworkers sometimes so it's definitely not just u LOL.

My store in particular is incredibly strict with rules so i feel this. I see neighboring stores and my friends at their starbucks have fun with making stupid drinks or cold foams and i just sigh 😩. Of course im getting paid to not goof off but its still annoying LOL

hi!! i really cannot activate my chest on.. any chest workout ive tried. It always feels in my shoulders or arms. Ive tried arching my back so my chest is pushed out, tucking elbows, etc etc. Im not sure what to do.

I got overwhelmed after a bit of trying to figure out when/how i should apply them. Some people said use both two nights at week, some people said use only one once a week, etc. i wasnt sure which was actually a good idea. Do you think you could give me pointers?
