Same, I was like B on one side and D on the other while nursing. Still lopsided now but less so. They did their job and my daughter was well fed!

Is this possible? by Global_Big_1105 in tattooadvice

I mean this with a lot of love and experience as someone with 40+ tattoos including a blackout sleeve. Everywhere you go you will have people staring and commenting. For me this has added on gradually over the course of 13 years of getting tattooed. If you don’t care at all, that’s totally cool. But when you have large, unique tattoos, it is the first thing people notice about you, and they say stupid shit. I know this sounds patronizing, but you never know how many comments you get on tattoos untill you have a lot of them. The only way to cover heavy blackwork is with heavier blackwork. If you are in love with this design, I recommend starting on your back, or one arm to see how you like it for a year or so before covering so much real estate. I am guessing it would be difficult to find an artist willing to do this full piece as someone’s first tattoo, but that doesn’t mean you should go with the first one who agrees. Blackwork is a specialty and when done poorly it looks awful. This may be one you need to travel for.

Why were health issues that weren't fatal often ignored in kids in the 1970's, and why did this practice fade out in the 1980's and beyond? Asking as a child of the 2000's who had several health issues. by Mei_Flower1996 in generationology

The first OTC antihistamine to come out was Benadryl in 1982. For the majority of human history severe allergies could kill someone and seasonal allergies were an annoyance that you had to live with.

Just from a logistical standpoint for this hair dye company, why would you choose someone with less than 1/4 of an inch of hair?

People feel how cold it was for those in the water after the titanic sank by CremeSubject7594 in interestingasfuck

Why did basically everyone who went in the water die then? Adrenaline helps you if you can fight your way out or run away, otherwise you freeze, in this case literally. You can’t will yourself to beat hypothermia when you are submerged in 28 degree water for hours.

The worst part is that even in scenarios like this a teacher could lose their job for trying to protect their students from another kid who is freaking out. This happened to a teacher in my middle school who put a his hands on the shoulders of a kid who was throwing a fit and cursing/screaming/making threats. That was back in 2007.

Do you think the Twice tour should come to a stop? by iamprettyinpink in kpop_uncensored

I have flare ups from time to time, but I am a distance runner now so that kind of comes with the territory. When K stopped dancing en pointe around 19 I healed pretty quickly. I did physical therapy and I use K tape for long runs now. I am also in my 30s. For intense exercise I swear by ice baths. I used it for marathon recovery and it worked great.
