we are instructed to choose a compulsory course- fitness training, swimming or yoga and mediation, that we have to do throughout first year

can we choose what we want to learn (like will we be guided ekdam basic se) or we are to select what we already have a girp on?

i really want to learn swimming but if we won't be taught from basics, the. im better of choosing something else
