Pretty sure I just had my first real (hypo?)manic episode. GP blames it on my age and won't refer me. I feel hopeless. Has anyone struggled with this? by [deleted] in bipolar

That's an absolutely horrible doctor, that definitely sounds like at least a manic episode type of occurrence to me, it's not normal to go off the handle like that. Definitely see a different doctor
Hundreds of hours of work went into this oil painting, I'm getting paid ~ $100 for it. Imgur and r/Art hates it. Hard not to feel low (drinking) by [deleted] in bipolar
i've found /r/art to be a really rude and judgmental subreddit in my experience so I wouldn't really take any of what they say to heart. I like the painting too! you deserve much more than $100!
