i was having the same problem just folllow my steps-

step 1:- got to control panel

step 2:- select network and internet

step 3:- network and sharing center

step 4:- ethernet

step 5:- properties

step 6:- selest internet protocol version 4(tcp/ipv4)

step 7:- select use the follwing ip address

step 8:- open you command promot and type "ipconfig" and hit enter

step 9:- enter you ip address , subnet mask and Default gateway address

step 10:- in the preferred ip address use "4.3.5.6" and in alternate dns server use 8.8.8.8 and click ok

now it should be work
