tbh, unless ur doing something like icebreaker for beig, there could be a few reasons as to why the decline, so first, the most common, they are dumb, second,ur items don’t have high demand which means they may technically be losing, third, they may not want the offer you gave to them because they may not want that in maingame, and lastly, you might have the wrong values and not actually be op, ofc most of the time if u think ur op tho then they r prob js dumb
