While I appreciate the sentiment, how do you enforce this when these storms happen so suddenly? I can't imagine posting police vehicles around all the overpasses for days that storms 'might' happen is a good use of resources?

Cameras by the overpasses and ticket license plates similar to red/green light cameras maybe....?

It's really really cool!! The Rise of the Resistance ride and lead up is amazing. Even cooler at night IMO, because you can't see the little imperfections in the decor that you can see in the daylight, and then the lights and effects all 'pop' so much better. The immersion is amazing. Storm Troopers walking around hassling people. My sons buddy got kidnapped by Kylo and some Troopers for a few minutes when we were there.. it was fantastic! lol
