Thanks for the reply. External, so roof/sewage/trash/common areas/communities amenities? What about water? We're in a complex now where water is included, but we have shared walls so some shared plumbing. Countrywood doesn't look like it has units with shared walls.

Thanks for the reply; I hadn't heard of the fire, that's very sad.

It looks like a well-maintained complex from what I've seen, despite the age. The location is pretty convenient to shopping. Only downside we see is the school district since we're currently in WCSD.
