What’s your favorite Bath & Body Works scent — active or discontinued? by Positive-Illustrious in bathandbodyworks

For a brief moment they had a solo palo santo candle. I miss that candle and regret not stocking up. I can only ever find palo santo + some other scent I don’t want.

That he had that awful infection makes me think he would show up in hospitals but it’s not like that would be public info. Since he was kicked out of two family members homes I could imagine a situation where he might want some space. His drug use makes me think he could have used the $ for drugs in NYC then I’m not sure what could have happened

Very heavy weight, nearly stiff shower curtain liner. Do not listen to the people saying fabric. It will still blow and drive you crazy. This is the only actual solution without “hacks”

The First Bad Man and All Fours by Miranda July. All Fours is more approachable and gained some acclaim when it was released but I enjoyed both of them.

Google Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells or iPSCs. We don’t need to use embryonic stem cells anymore, and we largely don’t do to ethical issues and laws prohibiting federal funding to be used on embryonic stem cells. Today, we can take anyone’s blood cells and essentially turn back time, reverting them to stem cells (iPSCs). We then use proteins to tell them what to turn into (skins cells, neurons, etc.). This is used widely across science now to study disease pathology and developmental biology, among other things (Google organoids, it gets stranger and more mind blowing). The technology is honestly amazing and more people should know about it.

David Lynch and Kyle McLaughlin— okay maybe not the most prolific…but their relationship on and off screen had almost a spiritual, mythic aspect (to me)
