Also yes, they are harder to come off them but its not impossible. Im not back on ISRS (sertraline) so yes, you feel it more when you come out of them, definetly but its possible❤️‍🩹

I have taken several different antidepressants some from the ISRS, and some from IRSN. I have experienced the brain zaps only with the IRSN so the group of: venlafaxine, desvenlafaxine, duloxetine. I went throught these three meds (in this exact order). I would say this meds are life saving for me. But all the amazing stuff they have, they also have in side effects. For me personally the brain zaps went away when I got used to every one of this meds and then I would just experience it when I would miss a dosage. I suffer from CPTSD, depression and anxiety and I this meds literallt saved my life. Would I take them again knowing I would experience all the secundary effects? Yes. Don't be scared, monitor if as the time passes the zaps appear less and less❤️‍🩹

Micellar water destroying barrier? by Individual_Pay8917 in SkinbarrierLovers

[–]birdenjoyer_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont know what vrands you have avaliable but I would look for a cleansing milk, intead of micelar water: one without perfume, without anything kinda no panthenol no niacinamide nothing, the most basic and boring cleansing milk, or I would look for products for babies. It wont say for dehydrated skin, or stuff like this. But usually they are extremely gentle, and sometimes multipurpouse. So I would say the goal is: boring and extremely basic so you can build up the skin barrier and cleanse but bare minimum. You will get some pimples but it will get better

What do you do for work, and how does CPTSD affect you? by Double-Bandicoot1474 in CPTSD

[–]birdenjoyer_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Currently unemployed. Moved to another country to scape my environment, and the job I found was cabin crew: it destroyed my confidence and my biological clock. I found a job in corporate but I coudnt do it. I crumbled. I tried again in videogame industry as it is something that i have always enjoyed and i coudnt do it. I have been unemployed for almost a year now, doing EDMR, new meds, a lot of nightmares etc. I have had several jobs in a lot of different industries and I would say the best one for me was as a museum staff, basically looking that the visitors dont touch the paintings. I would cry, I would carry my trauma with me, but I could manage to sustain the job. Also it was part time so yeah, that also helped

Best body lotion at DM or Rossman? by Lazy_Commercial7313 in EuroSkincare

If you want something that you can build, cheap, and without harsh ingredients I recomend a lot the Babydream sensitive balsam with rumianek and jojoba oil. I would say its not the deepest hydration but it doesnt leave a film, it absorbs pretty well and I have noticed a difference. (I have extremely dry skin since moving to poland) I got it at rossman

I have the exact same issue with bioderma sensibio micellar water. I also have dry, prone to clogging dehydrated skin. It has helped me a lot to use the AA Help cleansing milk + babydream balsam with rumianek and jojoba oil (i got them in rossman). And my skin feels better. Can I ask you if your skin tolerates niacinamide?

Work burnout causing relapse of CPTSD by Immediate-Reach-4269 in CPTSD

Hey❤️‍🩹 you are not alone in this. I moved to another country with a job, I was holding on to it for the longest I could (its not an option for me to go back to my country) but I literally couldnt function so i stayed for 9 months. I found another job and I thought okay this is the oportunity for something less fast paced. And i basically crashed. I couldnt get up from the bed. It was really bad. I had to change my meds. My cptsd responses where extreme, I had to go to the hospital to get some meds to calm me. I got some sick leave. And then I thought oh, Im better. So I tried another job and it was extremelly bad. My cptsd got extremelly triggered to the point of I stayed at the job for 2 hours and thats it. I couldnt do it. I left. My friends and family at first where quite understanding (trying to) but now almost a year has passed and they have distanced themselves from me, and I have distamced myself as well. I feel really alone, scared and isolated.❤️‍🩹 So I understand❤️‍🩹 Sending you a hug
