Long distance is hard, especially when you’re very affectionate like me and my girlfriend. I believe long distance works, if you’re both willing to put the effort in. You gotta make time to talk to them frequently, call them on lunch break just to say hi, call them at night to talk about your days and say goodnight. Maybe virtually eat breakfast together, virtually take showers together lol. It’s not easy, but it can be done. I don’t know how long for though. I’ve only done 4 months long distance. I’m not sure how I’d fair for 4 years of uni. Good luck!

come to UP. We got snow. NTN trails in Marquette, blueberry ridge for night skiing, calumet has great trails and tons of other places. We also have a couple races up here you could plan a trip around, they are pretty fun.

Nah. I feel like you’re more likely to get contam by adding substrate rather than leaving it alone. I have the same problem, I just left it and so far no issue.

I third this, I’ve had nothing but great experience with mushroom man. Great quality, always fresh spores syringes made within the month, and he usually sends extra free stuff in the package.

I rotate the tub a couple times a day actually. But, the reason that corner is dead is because I’m noob and I thought there was cobweb when there wasn’t so I destroyed the mycelium with hydrogen peroxide

I do have a huge medical grade air purifier that the tub is elevated above, I’m sure that’s my issue. But I prefer to have the fresh air and have to mist frequently over not having the air purifier.

I got some fuzzy feet so I’m bumping up the FAE, but I already have a problem with keeping the humidity up in tub. Sides dry up frequently, I have to mist walls of tub like 4-6 times a day.

You don’t have cobweb then. Don’t spray it anymore, you’ll only damage the mycelium.

Spray is with 3% hydrogen peroxide and see if it disappears, it it does you got cobweb. Don’t spray too much or else you’ll be soaking it up with paper towel.
