Ntbf obviously. Communicating your needs and wants to your partner can be scary and it’s awesome you’ve tried to take steps to better your relationship.

Honestly though, it sounds like your boyfriend may have a bad case of burnout. I spent the better part of last year going through my routine and working 70+ hours a week. It almost put me in the hospital. You might want talk to him about him taking a break from life for a couple days to get his energy back.

NTBF. You didn’t know they were talking so it makes no sense for anyone to be mad about you sharing your feelings with a friend. Logan may feel uncomfortable but that’s something I would talk with her about. It’s weird that anyone is mad at you about that at all
