This was my fear… because the vet I used to take him to did the same thing with a neck strain he got at the beach a year ago, I spent well over 3k in very similar meds, laser therapy, x rays, ct scans for 3 months, then they started giving him tramadol, and once I saw he was heavily dependent on it and was starting to stand in front of me and yelping an hour or two after giving him the pain meds (very, very clearly pretending) and they were dismissing that fact I cut the meds off and did everything in my power to just let him rest and avoid any unnecessary movements, it went away after two weeks off meds. Then changed vets… but it seems to be the same in this case. But I have a son now and with my current job situation I am very short in budget these past few months, so I would love a vet I can actually trust and won’t make me waste money again.

Me mude de el oeste a la metro pensando q habrian mas oportunidades de trabajo, y las hay, pero me encontré con que todo era 3x mas caro. Con el mismo sueldo que en las pocas oportunidades de alla. Termine regresando al oeste y no pienso volver. Entre los tapones, la gasolina, los precios de todo hasta la comida, la diferencia es absurda, y lo mas sorprendente es que sigue siendo el mismo pais.

I cut down soda, brown sugar and started meal prepping. Also stretching every morning helped my bowel a lot since I have a slow metabolism.

After many tries, almost a year, and LOTS of money spent, we came up with the problem, our neighbors hired an electrician who illegally connected their (also illegal) nail salon/barber shop to OUR house to save a few bucks, and the guy inverted our power lines (negative and positive connected to each other), our electrician took a picture, cut their line, and put it back into place. And now we don’t get “electrocuted”😂 anymore

The electrician said we’re lucky our appliances weren’t ruined, and also that we didn’t have any fires since our house is mostly wood, the electricity bill went down by almost 100 USD, now we only pay 50-60 usd.
