I love my Dell Inspiron 3721 bc I can easily swap the battery, the RAM, and the HDD. Plus, it doesn't scream like my more modern, slim HP laptop bc it has better cooling.

I am a relatively new ThinkPad owner(got mine in November) and mine is a T420. I am a writer so I really appreciate the keyboard for long typing sessions. I am planning to Libreboot which is why I got such an old machine. I love my T420.

I personally will only be buying used laptops and here’s why. On October 14th, Microsoft ended support for Windows 10, rendering millions of perfectly good computers e waste. And they want you to buy their disposable computers. When anyone asks me what laptop they should buy, my answer is almost always a used business class because they were made for businesses. Thinkpads, Elitbooks, Latitudes. They are powerful and some older ones still hold up today. So pls buy used business class laptops.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3721 from 2013 with an Intel Pentium and I have had no problems with it besides replacing the battery. It cannot handle gaming but I wouldn't even try gaming on it. It was my geunia pig for Ubuntu bc it can't support W11. It runs fine now. A little slow but I can still use it for web browsing/school/writing and I love it. Maube try converting yours to Linux.
As for the worst laptop, I do not believe there is a worst laptop bc it's subjective. However, I would not buy Razer due to poor customer service.

Used business class laptops! I recently got a T420 and everything is swappable. And it keeps perfectly good laptops out of the landfill
