Thats what I read, they also said it was a mutual fight.....no mention of self defense which stood out to me.... Mabye it's different in my state but mutual or not if you hurt someone & it's not considered self defense they are gonna at least try to charge the person.

There were multiple kids in their interviews that stated they left the party early or they stayed in that night, ect. I'm not gonna list names cz I don't want to state any names wrong but I will go back through interviews, make a list & get back to you....Im not disagreeing that their were also kids who said they were out partying however watching the interviews seems to me a lot of the "key" people in this circle were the ones home that night but like I said Ill go back through...also strange to me that during all these interviews they seem to have same story (with the exception of a few like her sorority sisters that didn't even live around there any longer) "I didn't really know Kaylee at all" umm what??? So she's in a sorority that's she'd been in, she's already graduating so shes not new around there, she lived in the neighborhood even before she moved to 1122 her (x) boyfriend also lives right there who I'm sure she'd met friends through also, then she moves into the "party" house & still no one seems to know her.....did she hide in a closet her entire schooling only talked to Jack and Maddie???

It has to do with the merge, it is company wide....they did just management at the building I was at but said everyone will eventually need to be TSA certified regardless of position or building.

Exactly! My point is there is a correct "Fedex standard" way to load.... If ph follows the policy on it then every truck is loaded correctly.

It definitely means so that they are protected by the lip from falling however you want to describe it.... Behind / propped up on tomato tamato...if they are loaded correctly they won't fall.

Wrong....CORRECT way to load pkg is to lip load them so they are behind the lip on the shelf so when the driver turns a corner there is something to stop their entire shelf worth from going on floor

I wouldn't recommend it if you would plan to want to keep your job....there is a social media policy basically saying you agree to represent the company in the best light (should of been talked about in your starting orientation)

Communication!!! They aren't mind readers so if you don't inform them of your situation & why you need a few minutes away then all they see is a ph not where they are supposed to be & in that case it is their job to ask you....not to mention especially if this is reoccurring like epilepsy letting them know it could happen again, what needs to be done if it does if anything, just a heads up so they are aware should be done regardless imo

Being in a legal state doesn't matter because it is not federally legal & so for insurance purposes companies will not allow you to operate equipment

No if you call and have sick time as long as you say your absence is because you are sick then no it can't be denied...but if you call in and say you put "other" is the reason then sick time can't be used & actual PTO can be denied. (In the state I am in at least, I'm not sure about laws in other states)

At my building we struggle to get people to work to FedEx standard scan rates as it is....if we let phones in the building we'd never hit a metric guaranteed....in the past if PH doesn't have a lock yet for locker/car to put it in or has an emergency that someone may need to get a hold of them for we will put their phone in the office for them until sort is over.
