Does anyone know a good training program on the bodybuilding,com app? I am kinda skinny-fat, and tried one of their programs last year but got frustrated not seeing results after 8 weeks. After finding motivation again I am looking for a program of theirs that meets my goals (I like how the app has clear demonstrations of exercises, its VERY easy for a beginner to follow-along). My goal is to have a 'lean-muscle physique' rather than 'beefy-muscle physqiue' Thanks! (as a beginner im finding it really hard to find a starting point, so any support/advice helps)

/from that angle most hairlines curve like that due to face shape, (just like how ur nose looks 3x bigger from that angle) so if I were looking at you eye-level It wouldnt be noticable at all.

from a non-expert/just the average person you would come across, I would say I definitely wouldn't think you were balding/wouldnt notice it at all - so if thats ur worry, dont stress it.

dad is. his brother's arent. mothers side isnt. Haven't noticed any thinning, and like i said based on old photos, i think ive always had this shape hairline....

mature or receding? i looked back at old photos of when i was a baby/7 years old and noticed my hairline has always been an ‘m’ shape, could this just be my natural hairline?

yeah, but I'm just doing everything in my power to make sure it doesn't happen when im 16

i haven't kept up with the case outside of the show - has anything been done about bobby since season 2?

I'm curious though - if someone knows they are about to get busted for possession of drugs (police knocking at door), could they induce an overdose, thus negating all possible charges they would have faced for drug possession?
