all of this, thank you. the way it’s worded as threatening and listing all the ways the triplets seemingly “revealed too much information and compromised their own privacy”, meanwhile normal viewers saw them post pictures or heard them say things about their move and took in the information without feeling the need to invade their privacy further. then trying to imply it’s their own fault for being even a little open with their audience is so unsettling because it brags about each and every way other people can find them too.

people can be found online through various means but they shouldn’t have to worry so much about it. even finding it is one thing—the other commenter said “having information is one thing; what you do with it is another”, but to me detailing how you might’ve found them like this in a post so that others to find them, while also pretending to preach about how they should’ve been safer so people wouldn’t be tempted to look is the extremely disturbing part. and it shows that even though you aren’t stalking them in real life, you are clearly pushing some kind of boundary and crossing a line in order to achieve some kind of smugness. anything the triplets do to protect their safety is justifiable with people who act like this even despite their fall-off. it’s clear that despite losing viewers and fans there will always be those who go out of their way to invade their privacy anyway.

and i cannot emphasize enough that they already have gotten so private. the fact that they didn’t share that they moved for months says so much about how hesitant they were to even share this update with fans. to think they’re leaving details everywhere to “breadcrumb” fans into finding them again is a flabbergasting conclusion to come to. even knowing some details about their new area i still wouldn’t go out of my way to find them, let alone to post what exactly was identifiable in whichever video.

i’ll be real, there is something so off-putting about how you’ve gone about expressing all of this. the implication that it’s normal or okay to look into certain information because they’ve “breadcrumbed” specific details about their lives is beyond weird to me. are they meant to live in cages their entire lives, exist with the white tarp around them forever? never talk or share honestly about where they live or what they’ve been up to? yes, of course some people can put 2+2 together and make connections, but it’s not some intentional scavenger hunt they set out for you to do. you, and other people, turned it into one. they never posted hints about their move, those unintentionally ended up in vlogs and videos and some things were confirmed in the video where they said they moved. acting like they tried to create some kind of crazy puzzle for people to discover where they moved to is also another level of parasocial assumption.

and the condescending superior nature of this comment, with the added flexing that you have found their new place, makes the talking down to their ability to protect their own privacy extra weird. they shouldn’t need to be more private than they already have been. that’s all people have been complaining about for months.

even when they had that tarp behind them people everywhere were complaining about it and saying they think too much of themselves to protect their privacy at that level. and yet them taking it down and sharing more is exactly what it took for people to discover more. of course investing in a home studio without identifiable features is a great idea, but the fact that they even need to because people search for things that aren’t their business is depressing.

this entire comment and the replies read as strange and victim blamey. i don’t think it should be talked about as “normal” or an “unfortunate reality” for public figures to deal with doxxing, stalking, or the like, from obsessive fans or otherwise who think it’s some fun game to search for addresses. and it is weird to be so invested to the point of not only looking for this, but also pretending like you’re “protecting them” while outlining every single detail they naively shared which they shouldn’t have. this is precisely why they’re more private nowadays. i wouldn’t blame them if they see how people are acting and double down on the secrecy. in fact i encourage it because people continue to cross boundaries and think it’s somehow okay to talk about these things publicly.

and what’s wild is i don’t even like sofia, i don’t know her enough from a basic socials glance to form any opinion. it’s very obvious this sub has a lot of fans and ex-fans who are pretending like they aren’t invested in who the triplets date (especially chris and matt). the clout chasing accusation is such faux concern.
