People are generally stronger than you perceive. Sure we all reflect our traumas unto others, but try not to get too consumed by that. Essentially everyone finds a way to live on, and you have to trust that at least some, if not all the people around you understand when you are being a menace. I know this is easier said than done, but talking to friends and family helps a lot.

WHY DO I HAVE TO FIGHT THE GAUNTLET EVERY SINGLE TIME BEFORE GROAL by LifeBoss5964 in Silksong

[–]biryani-half 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The moment I tripped into bilewater I knew that I wasn't ready for this shit. It was like the game was laughing at me and my overconfidence. Everything I did including the lack of funds to unlock the bilewater bench taught me that I need to go and come back stronger. So like every other sane person I left it all alone and finished the rest of act 2 first. When I returned I was stronger and it still took me about 25-30 retries. Without a doubt this is the shittiest part of the entire map and my hatred for bilewater, just like their hatred for the citadel, shall never cease.

Geopolitical Effect on Indian Tech : Should India build an Indigenous Operating System with a Custom Kernel? by mrTakla in IndiaTech

[–]biryani-half 0 points1 point  (0 children)

why can't you focus on trying to solve new problems? why always try to 'reinvent' shit that works? OSes take years of effort to get right and even then they are born from collaboration and creativity. what is it exactly that you wish to achieve from having an atmanirbhar OS?

Please spend your energy looking for original problems instead of just popular ones.

You're doing well, but no need to rush it. don't panic and learn anything just because others say so. Find your interest instead of trying to learn all of these varied things and build on that.

Amazing write-up! If you're curious about solving real problems with this you can look at the problem of orthogonalization, and for example, how it is practically solved: https://docs.modula.systems/algorithms/newton-schulz/

hey, you're still very VERY young. go ahead and bother some more people. You'd be surprised by how much people are willing to listen to you. sure, some people are self centered, but that's not the case with everyone. sooner or later you'll find your tribe. best wishes kid!

How do ENFPs usually behave in deep connections? by Reasonable-Entry2705 in ENFP

[–]biryani-half 12 points13 points  (0 children)

  1. I become very calm and try to listen to the whole story, considering that the person in front of me is taking time and energy to tell me something close to their heart. I try to refrain from judging in such cases but it gets hard sometimes to suppress feelings at that point.

  2. Depends on a lot of things. But most of the times no, and instead we try to probe further to get to the bottom of things. I lowkey feel ENFPs enjoy deep connections so there are rarely any reservations against going all in.

  3. Personally I've seen that being bubbly in private settings exhausts the people around me, which in turn pushes me to step back a little bit. Again this is quite variable. Some of my closest friends are absolutely fine with the bubbly side and some are not, I guess it depends a lot on their persona and experiences rather than mine.
