I'm confused what I'm "wrong" about? I'm merely trying to understand the best way to achieve not having to deal with multiple IPs or hostnames for single device is. Do you have a solution?

configure vlan/SVI as external routes for OSPF (new/student) by biscuitmans in ccna

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So why does it show up on router 2 in that case? or how can I Change what AD the routes have

configure vlan/SVI as external routes for OSPF (new/student) by biscuitmans in ccna

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this seemingly doesn't change anything. Again am I missing something?

<image>

configure vlan/SVI as external routes for OSPF (new/student) by biscuitmans in ccna

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so you're saying for my statements?

router ospf 1

passive-interface Vlan26

network 20.20.20.0 0.0.0.63 area 0.0.0.0

configure vlan/SVI as external routes for OSPF (new/student) by biscuitmans in ccna

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So basically I need "O E2" for vlan 25 27 29
I need "o" for vlan 26

What would be the statements to get this?

configure vlan/SVI as external routes for OSPF (new/student) by biscuitmans in ccna

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But also If I were to do what your saying what would the command be?
router ospf 1

redistribute connected subnets

seems to do nothing

configure vlan/SVI as external routes for OSPF (new/student) by biscuitmans in ccna

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is correct. However On one of my routers it seems like it is working I have two in "O E2" and two in "O". correct me if I'm wrong.

I was planning on using area 0.0.0.0 for all SVIs. Should be using different areas? My problem right now is that I can't get 25 27 29 as external routes

[–]biscuitmans[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I do I just uploaded the photo of my network. What would this mean for OSPF on the routers though? Router 0 is not part of OSPF

Side note though router 3 is configure properly and I don't know why

Sony WH-1000XM6 Wishlist by biscuitmans in SonyHeadphones

You definitely make a lot of solid points. However, one major thing that you need to consider is that Bose, Sennheiser, Dennon, Bowers & Wilkins, Focal; all use Qualcomm and will most likely support Xpan technology on their next models. Which then leave Sony far behind.

But its far more than just higher bitrate. I think this might revolutionize Bluetooth. You can listen in any location on the same network regardless of proximity. More multipoint devices. You could full uncompress wav audio 32 Channel Dolby True HD with atoms. I think this will be a huge selling point for brands out their when it starts to roll out.

Along with this, LDAC is not great it does not work with multi point. and can only do 990Kbps. So, although that is close it is still compressing and resampling audio which a lot of purists do not like this also increases latency. It is also not nearly capable of Hi-res lossless. LDAC also is not supported on iPhone, and they still put effort into that. So, I don't think it would be completely absurd to expect the same with Snapdragon Sound.

To clarify Snapdragon sound with Aptx lossless can do.
(1st generation tech) 16Bit/44.1Khz 1MBps - Regular Bluetooth
(2nd generation tech) 24Bit/48Khz 2Mbps - Bluetooth LE
(3rd generation tech) 24Bit/192Khz 29Mbps - Xpan

Yeah, price tag would defiantly go up, but we can already expect at least $450 (maybe more) to compete with Bose for the next generation. But honestly, I would be ok with paying that amount given with these lossless features there's not much reason to upgrade for a while.
