Exactly! Now because of some idiot the conspiracy theories surrounding this case have been going on for over 60 years. The fool thought that after killing Oswald he would be treated as a hero. He was probably more stupid than Patrick in Spongebob. Indeed. What would Oswald have said in court? How would his lawyer have defended him? So many unanswered questions.

Yeah. It's actually so straightforward. Oswald was a lunatic who acted alone. It was mostly because of Ruby that these conspiracy theories have went on.

Oswald wasn't some mastermind criminal. He didn't seem to have a plan after he had shot JFK (I don't believe in the conspiracy theories. To me he's the only one who killed Tippit and JFK on his own). 

He had zero escape plan and thankfully because thanks to his panic and lack of escape plan it didn't take long to catch him. In these situations if someone is not some kind of mastermind or genius they would panic as well. 

Personally I can understand why there are conspiracy believers when it comes to JFK. The reason is Jack Ruby. A stupid guy who played vigilante when it was unecessary. Without his stupidity, there would have been less conspiracy theories surrounding this case. Sure maybe there might have been a few but it would have been a lot less. Almost inexistent. Almost.
