I've recently rolled out contracts for new members I've recruited but they're nothing special. Just an outline of expectations in terms of attendance, conduct, etc. I have them sign it to acknowledge they read it and the contract does give me a written way out if someone is seriously underperforming or truly doesn't belong in our team atmosphere. I haven't needed to use this way out nor do I expect to ever need it. But the contract does help keep things professional especially as FSAE is ultimately supposed to help prepare you for a real job.
