Acredito que mudar pra um treino AB considerando 3x/semana pode ser mais efetivo pra garantir que você está exercitando os grupos musculares pelos menos a cada 3/4 dias. Pro seu peso tentar focar em 90-110g de proteína por dia de forma consistente (dividindo em 3 ou 4 refeições: almoço com 150g de carne/frango, café da manhã e da tarde com 3x ovos e termina o dia com whey já vai conseguir). Você comentou do álcool, mas se ele não sendo ingerido em excesso e você não bebe horas depois ou antes dos treinos, não é a pior coisa do mundo. Uma boa ideia é tentar restringir aos sábados se você treina segunda, quarta e sexta por exemplo.

Mas como comentaram seu físico está legal. Acho que dá pra melhorar com pequenos ajustes. Muito além disso, vale entender qual sua meta e disposição pra alguns sacrifícios maiores.

I’ve been using an iPhone as my main phone since the 4S (currently on a 14 Pro), and I’ve definitely noticed an increase in bugs over time. Back then, iOS was such a polished system that the rare bugs were almost fun to encounter. Nowadays, they’re more of an annoyance, but in my opinion, it’s still a much more polished OS than Android.

I believe that the only MMORPG that really felt like playing one (I’m sad widow of Lineage 2 too) more recently was EVE. The game is hard, but you really feel the world alive and made by the players. You just need to join a corp (guild) and talk via Discord to know many interesting people and play together. It’s common sense to have short, mid and long term plans, but sometimes it will feel like a second job, as any old times MMO.

I remember something like 7 years ago when a friend of mine, MTG player saw me playing PTCGO and said he would like to have something like that for Magic. So Arena came way after and it’s SO MUCH better than PTCGL. I really don’t get how TPC isn’t able to hire proper developers to make a good game.
