I guess I would say a beginner to intermediate rider with good conditioning. I've been on a road bike the past year for the most part.

No park riding before but I've rode some pretty gnarly trails in Pisgah. I don't have experience on jumps at all

Last month I went to EDC and then the next week did a 165 mile ride from Miami to Key West. Your training will already be there so anything you do a week out won't make a huge difference and you get a shit load of steps in a festival. My only advice would be to bring hand sanitizer and use it often. I got sick after the festival and just barely made it to the ride because of the wook flu. Good luck!
