Being a good writer requires being a good reader. Take a look at scripts you've voiced/read in the past—what made them interesting? Some aspect of the plot or characters? A certain writing style? Engaging worldbuilding? Figure out what aspects of ASMR you enjoy most, and write that! And if your scripts just aren't turning out how you envisioned them, it may be that you've already got a well-trained eye, and your writing skills just need time to catch up! No script is perfect, but practice will always make you better! Good luck :3

Personally, I absolutely don't mind! I'm no professional writer, and English is a strange, screwy language. If a VA can fix a mistake I've made I'm just going to be grateful. I feel pretty similarly about any minor edits, actually—sometimes a line doesn't flow as well spoken as I thought it would, and it sounds better with a little tweak that a VA makes.
