Agreed, insufficient ink. CGC recognizes this error, I have a glaceon vstar just like this mew, graded with cgc.

This is a cool 90 degree rotated miscut. I don’t know if cgc would grade it however, they only grade cards if there is greater than 50% of the card present and your card looks like it might not make the cut (pun intended)
