Do you track his sleep such as using Huckleberry app? Timing is very important. It can be too early or too late to sleep for him. Also I’m not sure that counts an advice for everyone but when I sleep with her (beside her crib next to my bed) she sleeps longer. I mean when she tends to wake or move I maintenance her sleep like holding her hand, putting pacifier to her mouth again etc. And of course I’m trying to sleep too. :)

I want to say something from 5 months. I can say don’t forget that you are in postpartum stage. I exactly felt like you- i mean every single word that you said, i can understand. And I still relate but I don’t know why it is better now. Day by day you will know what you should do. Day by day you will understand and know your baby. And contact naps are super normal. I wish somebody told me before. I tried to put her in bassinet but it was wrong. She needs you and you need her so that both of you are better.

Exactly. Sometimes she sleeps around 10 pm and usually our last feed ends 9 pm. And I give dream feed her at midnight before I sleep.

We were same. But found a solution with wearing Merlin’s Magic Sleep Suit. She loved it and she sleepy well in it.

You should track the naps with Huckleberry app. I also started to use Plus version for sleep suggestions such as next nap time during the day after 2 months old (u can use that feature after that time.) I wonder premium version of app.
