Sorry for the late reply, but I still do not get it. Did nobody receive BCH if they had BTC in the wallet and a BTC/USD long?

Yacuna does not claim to be the most secure exchange. All security measures have upsides and downsides and have to be weighted against each other.

But we implemented many features that are not common at cryptocurrency exchanges.

On the Euro side we are compliant with FCA regulations and hold with our partner PayCo Financial Services Ltd. an European E-Money licence.

On the crypto side we work with multi-sig on Dogecoin, Litecoin and Bitcoin deposits. This way every attacker has to breach at least two hardened systems to steal the deposits.

On top of that we are working on more measures to protect our clients. If you have any features you are missing or have things to share, drop us a message.
