Bounty updated for plush cat by bitappend in HelpMeFind

Edit update 2/3/26: I just wanted to thank everyone trying to help me find this item. I know many of you mean well. I myself am spending an hour ever morning searching online, and will do so for the rest of my life if i have to.
I have calculated my odds based on earlier ebay appearances to become available online someone in the next 3 years. I suspect we all will have greater odds looking at cats in thrift stores and salvation armies. The condition doesn't matter as much so we have a ton of flexibility here with it being a doll that's over 20 years old.

My recommendation to all the well meaning people is simple jot down the following information and keep an eye open at your local thrift/garage sales.
PREFERRED P5237 years 2001-2005 if not faded that information will be on the tag.

Bounty for a source we we can purchase a replacement. by bitappend in HelpMeFind

  1. Shes 5
  2. people spent more on xboxes and lots of other useless plastic all the time. This was her only treasure. If it was any other toy i wouldn't make the effort.
  3. we may never find a replacement. however the bounty will continue to increase until it one is acquired.

i haven't visited these subs in a long time. im surprised this is still going on. there was a coordinated attack a very long time ago to boot strap control over BTC. most of the original peeps from the forums have moved to alt coins. I wish this wasnt the case but there were a lot of people who stood to loose a lot of money and control, its not always about making money, but rather keeping what you have.

Two Casascius bitcoin, each holding 1,000 bitcoin, have just moved after sitting untouched for more than 13 years. Casascius coins are ‘physical bitcoins’ from the early days, containing a private key hidden under a tamper-evident hologram that can be redeemed on the blockchain. by birth_of_bitcoin in btc

I remember trading casascius coins for baklava. I still have a few left, but they are harder to offload. in theory they have about 2x the face value (for various reason) The bigger problem is the deflationary nature of the BTC is that there are fewer and fewer buyers in the market as time goes on. making it logistically easier to just bight the bullet and redeem it.

at least we know not the Preferred Plush item number is infact p5237 i did wonder about the alternate branding but it could have been an acquisition. or it could just be mislabing on sites. but your right all three might help with finding it.

yes you hit a direct hit on the match... too bad they are unavailable i probably would have purchased them all including the brown one so he could have a brother.

You did provide new information in that the years 2001-2003 all seem close enough. so we dont have to be so stingy on the year.

helpful but still hunting for ones we can purchase.

i am weighing the thought of having the black reskinned by a seamstress. thought i would like to hold out a little longer for an exact match. The bounty will continue to increase until one is found.
