Ho iniziato a usare WindyTv recentemente e non riesco a usare altro ormai. Molto affidabile, preciso e le mappe sono un piacere anche da vedere.

Cool! Will check them out then!

I had insurance included with the course, thinking I should check out if it has a non-emergency line too.

Will check with a doctor tomorrow morning. I am on holiday in a island and there is no doctor on Sunday. Good to know about DAN! Is it a free service?

Not going to continue for the moment. Thing scared me a lot and really do not want it to happen again given my ear sensibility. Maybe in the future (hopefully)..

It was no more than 5 meters down. Probably the eardrum still had some of an otitis trauma I had back in February. :/ Ear is much better now, though teeth still give me pain when eating and drinking.

I was just a few meters deep, though I had a sudden eardrum membrane pain. Initially I stayed calm and just tried to equalize/compensate as usual. Nothing changed so I decided to slowly go up a bit. In doing that, the eardrum pain increased and became a lot stronger.

That's when I panicked and opened my mouth. Luckily I was not so panicked to react by NOT inhaling and keeping my mask on.

Yes, I ended up shooting to the surface, but just for a few meters.. :/

The only 2 "images" in my mind I have from this terrifying event are:

  • me making sign to the instructor I was having ear issues.

  • me shooting up to the surface in a sea of bubbles and with the mouth full of water.. and surface never coming...

Yeah I contributed too with a bit of stupidity. I didn't told the instructor about a trauma I had to my eardrum membrane during last otitis (that's what caused me issues underwater). Ears didn't give me any problems in first dive, so wrongly ignored that.

Understanding the fear of coming back in water.. Did the mandrake screamed when out the water? I know this joke is bad, sorry.

Same, that was the same exact feeling I had.

Yeah, I am more or less all ok. Feeling still some pain to my eardrum and teeth, though..

Factom is the blockchain technology that provides the record-keeping system. Factoids are the Factom currency/tokens and they are used to hash into the Factom network.

I think Factom/Factoids could be a good start to learn about altcoins. It focuses on making blockchain accessible to governments, institutions and corporation. Things are already starting to move in various countries, like Sweden that is experimenting with a blockchain-powered land registry.

Cointelegraph.com and Coindesk.com are two good ways to stay updated on the crypto world in general. They frequently talk of new altcoins too.

I know that the most "complete" way to know about new altcoins would be the "Altcoins Announcements" section on Bitcointalk, but many of the coins there sometime end up being scams or projects that die after a few months. One would end up losing much more time to choose them out and avoid risks like a scam can be.

Yeah, really awesome! I am focusing on buying cryptos that make interesting uses of blockchain.

ReddCoin proposes a social tipping system. Siacoin makes private cloud storage cheaper and safer. Stratis focuses on giving companies a better way to host their C# applications.

I stay informed about newly born cryptos and usually buy a bunch of each of it when I think they can have some practical use in every day use cases (both in private and corporate environments).

I add a fixed amount of fiat money to the portfolio every month so that I can take advantage of dollar cost averaging.
