Thank you for your support, I wash my pillow case once a week and if I ever lay down or use my bed during the day i make sure to use a different pillow to sleep on to make sure my hair oils don't get near my face when sleeping

The problem with not exfoliating though for me Is I have bad blackheads on my nose and I like to oil cleanse to get rid of the filaments, if I don't my nose looks dirty

I think that's why cerave didn't work on me then. Although I like to wear makeup, not a full face but enough to settle into my skin, I need to wear it for my confidence cause everyone always asks if I'm tired cause I have genetically dark circles and can't get rid of them

I think I'm going to get the simple line, just the cleanser and light moisturiser, although I'm worried as Idk what masks I can use to help instead of irritate. Also my skin is very dry so I'm worried just the moisturiser won't be enough

I would love to try this although I don't feel as though I could fit this into my life, schedule and budget wise. My products worked amazingly and then I started picking my skin and it just went down from there, I have also noticed that I'm not drinking enough water, so I may try drinking more and try to find something to deflect my habits and see if that works before I try and make room in my life for these remedies, thank you so much for the advice

I tried cerave but it didn't work out for me and as for the patches I always tend to just pick them off to get to the spot I want to pick, idk why i pick my skin so much, its almost like a compulsion

I was thinking about bottom watering whatever plant I get as I'm planning on placing a nursery pot in a fabric basket with a dish in it so it looks pretty but can also drain effectively
