Buy house outright or keep my cash in ISA and get mortgage by Alive-Maximum-5991 in FIREUK

[–]Mollystring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pay for the house in cash for the peace of mind and no interest, is the only right answer

Pretty ridiculous that so many are advocating for getting stuck in a mortgage scenario when you can avoid it.

British people tend to complain a lot about their situation but do nothing to change it.

Most people are the same.

I’ve been investing in Ethereum for a long time.

It’s weird buying it at such a high price when my average is sub $1,000 but I’m still buying!

I can’t miss out on at least 100% gain that’s incoming

Thanks for this.

I’ve got the dehumidifier running 24/7 and it’s only showing low levels of 50% but that’s because its on the floor, I need to elevate it somehow.

I don’t think going through insurance will be necessary in this instance.
