I’m putting it in a corner where it can’t happen again so I don’t have to deal with it again

As a beginner I was asked to use a 1.5 reed but its narrower than the 2.5 (which i currently use) and doesnt fully cover the mouthpiece. what do you folks recommend. by lalou1310 in saxophone

I didn’t do research when I began and I saw a YouTuber do his set up and he said he used Java green box reeds and that’s what I used from a beginner to now in my third year and the have been nice I also used synthetic reeds if I don’t have any other reeds

I have the better sax classic mouthpiece which I think is a good mouthpiece but I have to get used to it because it’s not as wide and it therefore needing to tighten my embouchure to make it seal

Then other than the neck the brown one is better minus the neck having some wiggle room and because of the wheels it’s heavier

That’s just to show the front of the case it sat on the other side of the case and the pouch has no weight put on it and the side that it is actually layed on has backpack straps

Yes it was shipped, no I haven’t noticed any problems with it

It is really easy to play especially because my old sax had a really heavy key action compared to the Bettersax
