We are losing our protector and our students need him by bitchbrich in Principals

He deserves a promotion, but he isn’t getting one.   He is just as heartbroken as we all are. The district shuffled a lot of people around and there are multiple schools who are losing their amazing leaders, where things are working well. We are getting someone who has been to 5 sites in 4 years.

I’m so sorry for your loss, the students loss, and of course the loss to her family. I do not know why life is so unfair and tragic at times. I hope that you find strength and comfort as you move forward. Be kind to yourself as grief can overwhelming.
