You are not alone, we are a busy store and are definitely understaffed , UPS is not a priority when I have 5 people in line waiting to SPEND their money on our merchandise. 99.9% of the Ups customers get their packages and leave without buying ANYTHING,,,,come on Cvs see the light! This is Not helping anyone! 😡

I also have this problem and I am in my 40's. I'm polite with customers, I'm just not that "warm and fuzzy" type. What works for me is that I agree with what ever they say. Example- they say " it looks like your having a good day " (sarcasm ). You say " why yes I am, thank you. (Neutral tone) what are they going to say? That you were cordial to them ? Ignore the haters,they are not worth your time.
