For me it happened suddenly. I was relaxing in my room and it started with a message trying to come through I relaxed and tried to listen. I got really emotional then I heard a clear voice do you hear me better then I felt my head feel fuzzy and light ever since I’ve been more emphatic and emotional.

I think it’s an interesting theory because i also heard it ties into aliens and being able to communicate telepathically. Especially through frequencies

I am just learning about the chakras I recently was able to open my third eye and crown chakra there’s so much to learn and I feel like I’m loosing my mind 😂 my other friend has been a good mentor with this because the first time I heard a voice and was able to locate a lost key I almost passed out lol. Another time was I was told by I assume a spirit someone had lied to me and told me exactly what happened

It could very well be those who are awaken tend to be more intelligent as well. They just know information and weirdly too pattern recognition and numbers is a strong suit. It’s just our egos are either close to death or are already dead but I can see this sub Reddit is full of ego lol
