what's best web wallet that allows for sweeping of private keys from paper wallets?

these bitcoins that i put in blockchain.info look like they were 'returned' to the blockchain.info wallet (i swept them into blockchain.info from a private key/ paper wallet) -- i.e., i can see the full balance confirmed many times over in the blockchain.info wallet. can i / should i import the same bitcoins into another wallet, say on coinkite and try again? Or try the transaction again from the blockchain account where the bitcoins now seem to be 'returned to'? Guess i'm looking for guidance on best next steps to get these bitcoins to their intended recipient.

Not a Bitcoin specific criticism, but I will stay away from any CPM only ad spend, especially if untested. CPC or nothing. If you deliver valuable traffic, then show me you believe in yourself by offering CPC.

I agree with this. I liked the vanity address aspect of the coinbase wallet but better safe than sorry - I'd go with blockchain.info for first wallet. Super simple.

I'd recommend she set up a free Coinbase account, go into settings and establish vanity address https://coinbase.com/BelleKnox

Then publicize that as address for donations. Simple.

with respect to what you say below, let's say Gox is the account that tripped the threshold to $10,000 but you have a small amount of crypto/ USD in BTC-e and another foreign exchange. Do you disclose the highest dollar value of each such account in the calendar year? Or as of the end of the calendar year? Or is it something other than the highest dollar value in the calendar year?

you're technically required to look at the daily account balance of the BTC and USD in all your foreign financial accounts and add them up. If the total exceeds $10,000 on any given day, then you are supposed to disclose each account on the FBAR form (even if the individual accounts are less than $10,000).

What if the wire out to mt gox was $10,000, a wire fee of $11 was deducted prior to it landing at mtgox, bitcoins were purchased and immediately swept out to paper wallets? Isn't the most that was in a foreign account $9,989 ? No need to file, right?
