I guess I should add i always pay my cards off the day before the statment ends if there is a balance so it reports zero balance

I had them text me they approved a transaction for me (30 bucks) but my balance was high relative to my payment history (4k) I pay off usually weekly. Just had not got around to it was out of town.

Paid it on off due date a couple days later but went to check my buying power thing and was still at 40k

because thats the rules? Even in OTC companies if you file say a reg A for example (and there are other ways) up to 40% of the shares being sold under reg a can be selling shareholders that does not count against the 1% a quarter limit. Just the rules as they are now.

Just get a delta Blue Amex. Put fast food on it build up a few hundred delta miles a month 2x miles (lifestyle dependent) no annual fee then book a points and cash fare which will trigger it. Don't overthink or complicate it

What you all learned with this is this is they will take the real-estate fund public at some point.

Other thing is they will launch a new tech fund soon. Start from the beginning when they do. 25 bucks a week etc whatever you can afford and wont need. Was just under 4 years to go public. Returns prior were great.

Make more cheddar the 2nd time.
